Postoje dve vrste žena koje na internetu pokazuju golo telo i samo jedna od njih može za sebe da kaže da su feministkinje. Jednu grupu čine Kardašijanke sveta koje se skidaju zarad miliona lajkova, dok u drugu spadaju one koje to čine da bi nam pokazale šta je stvarnost i malo nam olakšale sveopšti pritisak da uvek izgledamo savšeno. U ovu drugu grupu spada najpoznatija fitnes blogerka Emili Skaj. Posebno nakon što je postala mama.

Emili je Australijanka koju na Instagramu prati više od dva miliona ljudi i u decembru je rodila ćerku Miu. Oni koji su fanovi simpatične brinete znaju da je nekoliko meseci pred porođaj prestala da vežba iz zdravstvenih razloga, zbog čega joj je nakon trudnoće ostalo desetak kilograma viška.

I dok bi se većina nas trudila da taj višak sakrije i da se u ogoljenom izdanju ne pojavljuje u javnosti dok stvari ne vrati u pređašnje stanje, Emili je odlučila da uradi nešto suprotno – makar je to koštalo broja folovera.

 

For me this whole “snap back” idea is unrealistic – it’s taking me hard work, consistency and patience. I’ve got a saggy belly, extra body fat, cellulite, stretch marks & I’ve lost a lot of muscle but my abs are still under there when I flex my butt off haha! ? I’m 2 days into my FIT Program and I’m doing the home workouts and I’m feeling absolutely amazing! The endorphins are real! ??? . Becoming a mum has changed me in so many ways. Some changes are positive and some could be seen as negative but I’m choosing to focus on the positives and the things I can control – such as working out and eating healthy. . Many people have told me things like: “your body is ruined” and “your body will never be the same”. – You’re right, it will be BETTER! ?? . The best strength you can have in my opinion is mental strength and I’m much stronger mentally than I’ve ever been and I believe I can do whatever I set my mind to. Mesec dana nakon porođaja, fitnes mama je rešila da se vrati svojoj uobičajenoj rutini i da kroz svakodnevno vežbanje povrati formu u kojoj je bila do pre šest meseci. Put nije lak, a sigurni smo da joj ni otvorenost kojom mu je pristupila nije pala baš tako lako. Posebno zbog činjenice da su je mnogi dočekali na nož i umesto pohvalama je pozdravili uvredama.

“Telo ti je uništeno, nikad više nećeš izgledati kao pre”, komentarišu “fanovi” ispod fotografija na kojima Emili bez skrivanja i cenzure pokazuje kako zaista izgledaju svo to salce i strije koje ti materinstvo podari. Ali na našu sreću, ona ne dozvoljava da je ovakvi komentari pokolebaju.

 

I just did a midnight home workout while Mia slept! She woke up for a feed so I gave her a quick cuddle (can’t resist) then Dec cuddled her while I had the quickest shower ever to wash my hair. I’m pretty sure most of the mats are still in it from wearing buns 27/7 haha! ?? #mumlife . When Mia wants milk she sure let’s me know about it! ?? . And yep I’m still wearing Declan‘s shorts and I have to wear 2 bras! ?? . It’s not easy, I’m tired, I have less time than ever and I have a long way to go to get anywhere near the fitness level I was at pre-baby, but I’m getting there ONE STEP AT A TIME! ??? . I see my OB tomorrow and then I can start my own FIT Program with all my beautiful members and can step it up a notch! I’ve been counting down the days! ??? “Nije realno da se posle porođaja vratiš na staro dok trepneš. Mora mnogo da se radi, da budeš strpljiv i istrajan. Stomak mi je opušten, imam dosta sala, celulita i strija, ali vidim da su moji trbušnjaci i dalje ispod svega toga. Počela sam sa programom, vežbam kod kuće i osećam se fantastično!” poručila je ispod najnovijeg posta.

Blogerka kaže da ju je materisntvo neverovatno promenilo. Neke promene su pozitivne, a neke negativne, ali se ona trudi da se fokusira na ove prve.

 

So much has changed in only a year! ?? I loved my body before I got pregnant but I love it even more now! ??? I think it’s so crazy how big my belly was at the end of my pregnancy! . Isn’t the human body incredible!! What we’re capable of absolutely blows my mind. My body isn’t just supporting my own life but it grew a human – and still is! I’m so proud of what my body has done and continues to do for my precious daughter. Mothers are absolutely amazing and we should all be so proud of ourselves! Being a mother isn’t easy in many ways which I’m now starting to experience and the last thing I’m going to do is pressure myself to “bounce back” quickly or beat myself up because my body hasn’t returned to my pre-baby condition. It’s totally unrealistic for me to expect to “bounce back” from having my beautiful big belly to a flat and lean tummy in a short amount of time. I choose to celebrate my body and how incredible it is in any condition, shape (or size) and I choose to focus on being my best mentally and physically for my daughter Mia – and my priority definitely isn’t looking a certain way. . I just want to get fit and healthy again and I know that will take time, consistency and patience and it’s important for me to be realistic about my goals. ? .
